These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vantis (“the Service”), operated by Vantis (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at usevantis.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Vantis is an AI-powered client intelligence platform that helps agencies monitor client health, analyze communication patterns, and predict churn risk. The Service includes:
The Service is intended for business use by agencies and similar service businesses. AI-generated insights are advisory in nature and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at legal@usevantis.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
Plans. Vantis offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale). Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plan limits (e.g., number of clients) are enforced according to your current plan.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Vantis, including client information and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to input any data into Vantis, including client contact information and email data accessed via Gmail.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Health scores, summaries, alerts, and save plays are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect patterns in data that do not accurately represent client intent. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Vantis outputs.
The Vantis platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and brand, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding.
You may provide feedback or suggestions about the Service. We may use such feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through Settings or contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate or reliable. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific business requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VANTIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO VANTIS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
